Ingredients

- 3 (folic acid 500 mcg
- iodine 150 mcg
- fish oil DHA/EPA
- plus vitamins and minerals)
Direction
Take 2 capsules daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

- Fishy aftertaste or burping
- Stomach upset
