Indication
- Dietary supplement to support vitamin C intake - Supports immune system function - Antioxidant support - Prevention and treatment of vitamin C deficiency (scurvy)
Ingredients
- Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 500 mg
Direction
Chew one tablet daily, or as directed. Take with food.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated at recommended doses
- High doses may cause nausea
- diarrhea
- or stomach cramps
- Increased risk of kidney stones with prolonged high intake
Precautions
- Do not exceed the recommended dose
- Use with caution in people prone to kidney stones
- Consult a doctor if pregnant
- breastfeeding
- or taking other medication
