Indication

Ingredients

• Prenatal multivitamin and mineral (folic acid 800 mcg
• iodine
• iron
• vitamin D)

Direction

Take one tablet daily with water, preferably with a meal, from at least one month before conception, throughout pregnancy and during breastfeeding.

Side effects

• Nausea
• Constipation or stomach upset (often related to iron)
• Dark
• colored stools (due to iron)

Precautions

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
• Contains iodine
