Indication
- Supports bone health and bone density - Aids calcium absorption via vitamin D - Helps maintain healthy bones and teeth - Supports muscle function
Ingredients
- Calcium (as calcium citrate) 333 mg + Vitamin D3 (colecalciferol) 333 IU per tablet
Direction
Adults take two to three tablets daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Side effects
- Constipation
- Bloating or flatulence
- Stomach upset
Precautions
- Do not exceed the recommended dose
- Use with caution in people with high blood calcium or kidney stones
- May reduce absorption of some medicines
