- Vitamin C 500 mg + Manuka honey 100 mg
Direction
Adults and teenagers chew two tablets daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not swallow whole.

- Generally well tolerated
- Diarrhoea or stomach upset at high doses
- Nausea
- Allergic reaction in sensitive individuals
Precautions
- Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet
