Indication

- Neuropathic pain (diabetic peripheral neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia) - Adjunctive therapy for partial-onset seizures in adults - Generalized anxiety disorder - Fibromyalgia

Ingredients

• Pregabalin 75 mg

Direction

Take orally as directed by a physician; usual starting dose 75 mg twice daily, with or without food. Do not stop abruptly.

Side effects

• Dizziness and somnolence
• Weight gain and peripheral edema
• Dry mouth
• Blurred vision
• Headache

Precautions

• May cause dizziness and drowsiness
• avoid driving until effects are known
• Taper gradually when discontinuing
• Use caution in renal impairment (dose adjustment needed)
• Risk of dependence and respiratory depression with opioids/CNS depressants
