Indication

- Major depressive disorder - Obsessive-compulsive disorder - Panic disorder - Post-traumatic stress disorder - Social anxiety disorder

Ingredients

• Sertraline 50 mg

Direction

Take one tablet by mouth once daily, with or without food, as directed by your doctor. The dose is adjusted gradually based on response.

Side effects

• Nausea
• diarrhea
• dry mouth
• Insomnia or drowsiness
• Dizziness
• tremor
• Sexual dysfunction
• Increased sweating

Precautions

• Risk of increased suicidal thoughts
• especially in young adults at start of treatment
• Do not combine with MAO inhibitors
• risk of serotonin syndrome
• Use caution in liver impairment
• bleeding disorders
• or with NSAIDs/anticoagulants
• Do not stop abruptly
• taper to avoid withdrawal symptoms
