Direction

Take by mouth as prescribed by your doctor, usually in divided doses. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time.

Precautions

• High risk of dependence
• not for prolonged use
• Avoid alcohol and other CNS depressants

• taper to avoid withdrawal seizures
• May impair driving and operating machinery
