Indication

- Neuropathic pain (e.g. diabetic neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia) - Adjunctive therapy for partial seizures - Generalized anxiety disorder - Fibromyalgia

Ingredients

• Pregabalin 100 mg

Direction

Take by mouth, with or without food, usually two to three times daily as prescribed. The dose is titrated gradually based on response and tolerability.

Side effects

• Dizziness
• drowsiness
• Increased appetite and weight gain
• Dry mouth
• blurred vision
• Peripheral oedema
• Difficulty concentrating

Precautions

• May cause dizziness and drowsiness
• avoid driving until response is known
• Do not stop abruptly
• taper to avoid withdrawal symptoms
• Reduce dose in renal impairment
• Risk of dependence and misuse
• use with caution
