Direction
Dilute 1-2 tablespoons in a large glass of water; may be taken before meals or used in cooking and dressings. Do not drink undiluted.
Side effects
- Tooth enamel erosion with frequent undiluted use
- Throat or digestive irritation
- Low potassium with excessive intake
- Nausea
Precautions
- Always dilute before drinking
