Indication

- Relief of mild nervousness and anxiety - Help for nervous tension and irritability - Aid for minor sleep disturbances

Ingredients

• Herbal combination: Valerian 50 mg
• Passionflower 40 mg
• Hawthorn 10 mg
• Black horehound 10 mg

Direction

Usually 2 tablets three times daily, or as directed; for sleep, take 2 tablets in the evening with a glass of water.
