Indication
- Relief of mild nervousness and anxiety - Help for nervous tension and irritability - Aid for minor sleep disturbances
Ingredients
- Herbal combination: Valerian 50 mg
- Passionflower 40 mg
- Hawthorn 10 mg
- Black horehound 10 mg
Direction
Usually 2 tablets three times daily, or as directed; for sleep, take 2 tablets in the evening with a glass of water.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated
- Occasional mild gastrointestinal upset
- Rare allergic reactions (skin rash
- itching)
- Mild drowsiness
Precautions
- Consult a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 2 weeks
- Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice
- May cause mild drowsiness
- use caution when driving
- Not intended for prolonged use without supervision
