Indication
- Helps prevent infection in minor cuts, scrapes and burns - Provides temporary relief of pain associated with minor skin wounds
Ingredients
- Per g: bacitracin zinc 500 U
- neomycin sulfate 3.5 mg
- polymyxin B 10
- 000 U
- pramoxine HCl 10 mg
Direction
Clean the affected area, then apply a small amount (about the size of a fingertip) 1 to 3 times daily; may cover with a sterile bandage. For external use only.
Side effects
- Local skin reactions: redness
- itching or rash (contact dermatitis
- especially to neomycin)
- Rarely a serious allergic reaction
Precautions
- For external use only
- do not use in the eyes
- Do not use over large areas of the body or on deep or puncture wounds
- Stop use if the condition worsens or a rash or allergic reaction occurs
- Ask a doctor before use if allergic to neomycin
