Indication

- Treatment of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms (hot flushes) due to menopause - Hormone replacement therapy for estrogen deficiency - Relief of menopausal symptoms

Ingredients

• Estradiol 0.06% gel (0.75 mg per 1.25 g pump)

Direction

Apply one pump depression (1.25 g, delivering 0.75 mg estradiol) once daily to clean dry skin of one arm from wrist to shoulder; use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration. Allow to dry before dressing.

Precautions

• Increased risk of endometrial cancer
• breast cancer
• stroke and venous thromboembolism
• Not for women with undiagnosed vaginal bleeding
• known/suspected breast cancer or estrogen
• dependent tumors
• Contraindicated in pregnancy and active or past thromboembolic disease
• Flammable until dry
• avoid open flame and let others avoid contact with application site
