Ingredients

• Diazepam 5 mg

Direction

Take by mouth as directed by the prescriber, usually 2-10 mg two to four times daily depending on the condition. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time.

• Muscle weakness
• Dizziness
• Confusion
• Unsteadiness

Precautions

• Risk of dependence
• use short term only
• Causes drowsiness
• avoid driving and operating machinery
• Do not combine with alcohol or other CNS depressants
• Do not stop abruptly after prolonged use
