Ingredients
- Vitamin C 1000 mg + Calcium 260 mg
Direction
Dissolve one effervescent tablet in a glass of water and drink once daily, or as directed.

- Stomach upset or heartburn
- Diarrhea at high doses
- Constipation or bloating
Precautions
