Ingredients

• Diazepam 5 mg

Direction

Take by mouth as prescribed by a physician; dose and duration are individualized and kept as short as possible.

Side effects

• Drowsiness and fatigue
• Muscle weakness
• Dizziness or unsteadiness
• Confusion or memory impairment

Precautions

• Risk of dependence and tolerance with prolonged use
• Avoid alcohol
• may cause severe drowsiness
• Do not drive or operate machinery until you know how it affects you
• Avoid abrupt discontinuation after regular use
