Indication

- Hypertrophic and keloidal scars - Movement-restricting scars after surgery - Scars after amputations or burns - Traumatic tendon contracture - Cicatricial ankylosis (joint contracture) - Post-operative scar management

Ingredients

• Extractum Cepae
• Heparin Sodium
• Allantoin

Direction

Apply to the scar area several times daily and massage gently into the skin until the gel is completely absorbed. For old, hard scars, the gel may be applied under a dressing overnight.

Side effects

• Skin itching (pruritus)
• Skin redness (erythema)
• Local skin irritation
• Telangiectasia (visible small blood vessels)
• Scar tissue atrophy

Precautions

• Do not apply to open wounds
• Avoid contact with eyes
• Avoid contact with mucous membranes
• Protect fresh scars from extreme cold
• Protect fresh scars from UV light
