Indication
- Lower respiratory tract infections - Otitis media (ear infections) - Sinusitis - Skin and skin structure infections - Urinary tract infections
Ingredients
- Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium
Direction
Take orally at the start of a meal to minimize gastrointestinal upset. Complete the full course of treatment as directed by your doctor.
Side effects
- Diarrhea
- Nausea and vomiting
- Skin rashes or urticaria
- Vaginal yeast infection or oral thrush
Precautions
- Allergic reaction to penicillins or cephalosporins
- History of cholestatic jaundice/hepatic dysfunction
- Severe renal impairment
- Potential for Clostridioides difficile
- associated diarrhea
