Indication
- Relief of common cold symptoms - Nasal and sinus congestion - Fever and body aches - Sneezing and runny nose - Headache associated with flu
Ingredients
- Paracetamol
- Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride
- and Chlorphenamine Maleate
Direction
Take orally with water. Usually 1 tablet or sachet every 6 to 8 hours as needed, not exceeding 4 doses in 24 hours.
Side effects
- Drowsiness or sedation
- Dry mouth
- nose
- or throat
- Increased heart rate or palpitations
- Nervousness or insomnia
- Nausea or stomach upset
Precautions
- Avoid in patients with severe hypertension
- Caution in patients with liver disease
- May cause drowsiness or impaired alertness
- Do not combine with other paracetamol products
- Avoid alcohol during treatment
- Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding
