Indication
- Nausea and vomiting - Gastroparesis - Chronic dyspepsia - Feeling of fullness or bloating - Heartburn associated with gastric reflux
Ingredients
- Domperidone
Direction
Take orally 15 to 30 minutes before meals. Usually 1 tablet three times daily as needed.
Side effects
- Dry mouth
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Breast tenderness or enlargement
- Menstrual irregularities
Precautions
- Risk of cardiac arrhythmia
- Avoid in patients with heart conditions
- Contraindicated in gastrointestinal hemorrhage
- Contraindicated in prolactin
- releasing pituitary tumors
- Use caution with liver impairment
