Indication

For the treatment of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and post-herpetic neuralgia, as adjunctive therapy for partial-onset seizures in adults, and for the management of fibromyalgia and generalized anxiety disorder.

Direction

As directed by the physician or see package insert for full prescribing information. Usual starting dose 75 mg twice daily; may be adjusted by the physician up to 600 mg per day in divided doses.
