Indication
Treatment of essential hypertension and/or stable coronary artery disease in adult patients already controlled with perindopril and amlodipine given concurrently at the same dose level.
Ingredients
- Perindopril Arginine
- Amlodipine
Direction
One tablet daily, preferably in the morning before a meal, or as prescribed by a physician.
Side effects
- Headache
- dizziness
- ankle oedema
- flushing
- palpitations
- and cough may occur.
- Hypotension
- hyperkalemia
- or angioedema have been reported.
- Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if irritation
- allergy
- or any unusual symptom develops.
Precautions
- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Use only on doctor's prescription
- respect the prescribed dose.
- Use with caution in patients with renal or hepatic impairment
- hyperkalemia
- or aortic/mitral stenosis.
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have any underlying medical condition or are taking other medications.
- Contains lactose monohydrate.
