SaRa Paracetamol Oral Suspension for Children 120 mg / 5 ml

Indication

Relief of fever and pain in infants and children.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 120 mg / 5 ml

Direction

Shake well before use. Take a medicine when have symptoms. Maximum 5 doses in 24 hours. Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Dose by age/weight: Under 2 months — consult your doctor. 2–3 months and 4–6 kg: 1/2 teaspoonful (2.5 ml) once a day, if necessary after 4 hours, give a second 2.5 ml dose. Over 3 months by weight: 4–6 kg = 2.5 ml; 6–8 kg = 3.75 ml; 8–12 kg = 5 ml; 12–16 kg = 7.5 ml; 16–24 kg = 10 ml. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.

Side effects

• Paracetamol is generally well tolerated at recommended doses. Rare side effects include skin rash
• allergic reaction
• or liver injury with overdose.
• Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any abnormal symptom occurs.

Precautions

• For infants under 2 months
• consult a doctor before use.
• Do not exceed the maximum of 5 doses in 24 hours and observe at least 4 hours between doses.
• Do not use if cap is broken or separated.
• If symptoms persist

• Do not use with other paracetamol
• containing products to avoid overdose.
