Indication

Second-generation cephalosporin antibiotic for the treatment of susceptible bacterial infections including respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin and soft tissue, and ear infections.

• Cefuroxime Axetil USP eq. to Anhydrous Cefuroxime 500 mg per film coated tablet

• dizziness.
• Skin rash
• pruritus.
• Eosinophilia
• transient liver enzyme elevation.

Precautions

• Prescription antibiotic
• use only under medical supervision.
• Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to cephalosporins or penicillins.
• Use with caution in patients with renal impairment or gastrointestinal disease.
