Indication

Supplementation of calcium, magnesium, zinc and vitamin D3 to support bone, teeth and joint health; useful during pregnancy and breastfeeding when prescribed, and in cases of deficiency or increased requirement.

• Calcium citrate (Elemental Calcium)
• Magnesium hydroxide (Elemental Magnesium)
• Zinc sulfate monohydrate (Elemental Zinc)
• Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)

Side effects

• Mild gastrointestinal upset such as constipation

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with hypercalcaemia
