Allzap 15 g cream; Ofloxacin 0.75%, Ornidazole 2.0%, Terbinafine HCl 1.0%, Clobetasol Propionate 0.05%

Indication

Treatment of mixed dermatological infections (bacterial, fungal and inflammatory): dermatitis, eczema, skin inflammation, fungal infections, intertrigo and mixed skin infections.

Ingredients

• Ofloxacin BP 0.75% w/w
• Ornidazole 2.0% w/w
• Terbinafine Hydrochloride BP 1.0% w/w
• Clobetasol Propionate USP 0.05% w/w

Direction

Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice daily, or as directed by a physician. Follow instructions of the physician and avoid contact with eyes.

Side effects

• Local burning
• itching
• dryness or irritation at the application site.
• Skin atrophy
• telangiectasia
• striae or hypopigmentation with prolonged use of the corticosteroid component.
• Allergic contact dermatitis or rash.
• Photosensitivity reactions.
• If severe irritation or an allergic reaction occurs
• stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

• For external use only
• avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
• Do not use on the face or in skin folds for prolonged periods due to risk of skin atrophy from the potent corticosteroid.
• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless prescribed by a doctor.
• Discontinue and consult a doctor or pharmacist if irritation
• sensitization or allergy occurs.
