Indication
- Relief of nausea and vomiting - Relief of bloating and fullness - Treatment of upper abdominal discomfort - Gastric motility disorders - Heartburn and acid reflux
Ingredients
- Domperidone
Direction
Take orally 15 to 30 minutes before meals. Usually 10mg up to three times daily as directed.
Side effects
- Dry mouth
- Headache
- Drowsiness
- Diarrhea
- Breast tenderness or enlargement
Precautions
- Not for patients with heart conditions
- Avoid with history of QT prolongation
- Contraindicated in gastrointestinal hemorrhage
- Caution in patients with liver impairment
- Monitor for drug
