Indication

Symptomatic relief of cough, cold, flu and fever with nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, and headache.

Ingredients

• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg
• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide 10 mg
• Cetirizine Hydrochloride 5 mg

Direction

As directed by the physician.

Side effects

• Drowsiness
• dry mouth
• dizziness
• or nausea may occur.
• Palpitations or raised blood pressure are possible with phenylephrine.
• Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation
