Indication

- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) - Erosive esophagitis healing and maintenance - Risk reduction of NSAID-associated ulcers - H. pylori eradication in combination therapy - Zollinger-Ellison syndrome treatment - Pathological hypersecretory conditions

Ingredients

• Esomeprazole

Direction

Take orally once daily, at least one hour before a meal. Swallow capsules whole or disperse granules in water as directed.

Precautions

• May mask symptoms of gastric malignancy
• Risk of bone fractures with long
• term use
• Chronic use linked to B12 deficiency
• Hypomagnesemia reported with prolonged treatment
• Potential risk of C. difficile diarrhea
• Avoid concurrent use with clopidogrel
