Aspirine Ephac 81 mg per gastro-resistant tablet

Indication

Low-dose aspirin used for prophylaxis and treatment of coronary artery disease (angina pectoris, coronary thrombosis) and for symptomatic relief of mild to moderate pain and fever.

Ingredients

• Acetylsalicylic Acid

Direction

Take with a full glass of water. Adult: 4-6 tablets in 4-6 divided doses per day for pain/fever, not exceeding 3 g per day. Children under 12: 50 mg/kg/day in 4-6 divided doses. Prophylaxis of coronary disease: 2-4 tablets per day or as prescribed by the physician.

Side effects

• May cause gastrointestinal upset

• Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any allergic reaction
• black stools
• vomiting blood
• or other unusual symptoms occur.

Precautions

• Do not give to children under 16 years with viral illness due to risk of Reye's syndrome.
• Use with caution in patients with peptic ulcer

• or aspirin hypersensitivity.
• Avoid in the third trimester of pregnancy.
• Inform doctor before surgery or dental procedures.
• Keep out of reach of children.
