Indication
- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) - Peptic ulcer disease - Zollinger-Ellison syndrome - H. pylori eradication - Erosive esophagitis - Prevention of NSAID-induced ulcers
Ingredients
- Esomeprazole
Direction
Take orally 30-60 minutes before a meal, usually once daily in the morning. Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush or chew.
Side effects
- Headache

- Flatulence
- Dry mouth
Precautions
- Risk of bone fractures
- Vitamin B12 deficiency risk
- Low magnesium levels
- Severe liver disease
- Clostridium difficile
