Indication
Treatment of bacterial infections of the respiratory tract, skin and soft tissue, ear, throat, and uncomplicated genital infections caused by susceptible organisms.
Ingredients
- Azithromycin (as dihydrate) 250 mg
Direction
Take orally as directed by your physician. Refer to product leaflet for further information.
Side effects
- May cause nausea
- vomiting
- diarrhoea
- abdominal pain
- or headache.
- Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if rash
- jaundice
- severe diarrhoea
- or signs of an allergic reaction occur.
Precautions
- Controlled medicine
- complete the full course as prescribed.
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use in hepatic impairment
- cardiac arrhythmias
- or with other QT
- prolonging drugs.
- Disclose all current medicines to avoid interactions.
- Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation
