Indication
Anthelmintic used as a single-dose treatment for intestinal worm infections including roundworm, pinworm, hookworm, threadworm, and whipworm.
Ingredients
- Mebendazole
Direction
Adults and children: take 1 tablet as a single oral dose. Follow the prescribed doses and read the leaflet carefully.
Side effects
- May cause mild abdominal pain
- diarrhoea
- nausea
- or dizziness. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if you experience severe abdominal pain
- persistent vomiting
- jaundice
- or any unexpected reaction.
Precautions
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
- especially if pregnant
- breastfeeding
- or with liver disease. Stop use and seek medical advice if rash
