Baidu Bawanggao 18 g antibacterial cream

Indication

Traditional Chinese herbal antibacterial cream used externally to relieve itching and skin discomfort associated with bacterial overgrowth, including E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans (per pack claim). Used for various pruritic dermatoses.

Ingredients

• Kochiae Fructus (Di Fu Zi) 1.0% w/w
• Gleditsia sinensis (Zao Jiao Ci) 1.0% w/w
• Cortex Dictamni (Bai Xian Pi) 1.0% w/w
• Stemona japonica (Bai Bu) 1.0% w/w
• Portulaca oleracea (Ma Chi Xian) 1.0% w/w
• Rehmannia glutinosa (Sheng Di Huang) 1.0% w/w
• Chlorhexidine Acetate 0.1
• 0.3% (antibacterial)

Direction

Apply an appropriate amount to the affected area and gently massage until absorbed. Use 1-2 times daily.

Side effects

• Mild local irritation
• itching or redness at the application site.
• Allergic contact dermatitis in sensitive individuals.
• If severe irritation or an allergic reaction occurs

Precautions

• For external use only
• do not take orally.
• Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
• Do not use on broken
• ulcerated or extensively damaged skin.
• Not recommended for pregnant women
