Indication

Centrally acting opioid analgesic indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe pain.

Precautions

• Prescription only medicine (POM)
• use only as directed by a physician.
• Avoid in patients with known hypersensitivity to tramadol or opioids.
• May impair driving and operation of machinery
• avoid alcohol during use.
• Risk of dependence with long
• term use
• do not abruptly stop after prolonged therapy.
• Use with caution in patients with respiratory depression
