Indication

Short-term treatment of active duodenal ulcer, benign gastric ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and pathological hypersecretory conditions (e.g., Zollinger-Ellison syndrome).

Direction

Adults: 40 mg once daily at bedtime, or as directed by physician. Maintenance: 20 mg at bedtime.
