Upro Sirop 100 mg/5 ml

Indication

Relief of pain and fever associated with cold, flu, headache, toothache, and the symptoms of juvenile arthritis.

Ingredients

• Ibuprofen

Direction

Shake well before use. Children 1-2 years: 50-100 mg (3-5 ml), 3 to 4 times per day. Children 3-6 years: 100-150 mg (5-8 ml), 3 to 4 times per day. Children 7-10 years: 150-200 mg (8-10 ml), 3 to 4 times per day. Children 11-14 years: 200-250 mg (10-13 ml), 3 to 4 times per day.

Side effects

• May include gastrointestinal upset such as nausea
• stomach pain
• or heartburn. Rare but serious side effects include allergic reactions and gastric bleeding. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any unusual reaction occurs.

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with a history of gastric ulcer
• asthma
• or kidney or liver impairment. Do not use during the last trimester of pregnancy. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if the child has other medical conditions. Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
