Indication
- Rheumatoid arthritis - Severe allergic reactions - Systemic Lupus Erythematosus - Asthma and COPD management - Psoriasis and skin inflammation - Nephrotic syndrome - Adrenal insufficiency
Ingredients
- Methylprednisolone
Direction
Take orally with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. Usually taken once daily in the morning or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Side effects
- Increased appetite and weight gain
- Insomnia or mood swings
- Fluid retention (edema)
- Indigestion or stomach discomfort
- Increased blood pressure
Precautions
- Do not stop medication abruptly
