Indication

Anti-neuropathic pain and anti-convulsant medication used for the management of neuropathic pain and as adjunctive therapy for partial seizures in adults.

Ingredients

• Pregabalin

Direction

Take as directed by the physician. Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not stop the medicine abruptly; the dose must be tapered as advised. See package insert for full prescribing information.

Side effects

• May cause dizziness
• drowsiness
• blurred vision
• weight gain
• peripheral oedema
• or dry mouth. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if symptoms persist
• seek urgent care for severe allergic reaction
• mood changes
• or breathing difficulty.

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to pregabalin or any component. Inform your doctor of any kidney disease
• history of depression or suicidal thoughts
• heart conditions
• or other medications. Avoid alcohol and tasks requiring alertness until effect is known. Do not stop suddenly
• consult your doctor before discontinuing.
