Indication
- Chronic treatment of asthma - Prevention of exercise-induced bronchospasm - Seasonal allergic rhinitis - Perennial allergic rhinitis
Ingredients
- Montelukast Sodium
Direction
Take orally once daily, usually in the evening. Tablets can be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Headache
- Abdominal pain
- Dizziness
- Upper respiratory infection
- Fatigue
Precautions
- Not for acute asthma attacks
- Monitor for neuropsychiatric symptoms
- Avoid if allergic to montelukast
- Use with caution in pregnancy
