Indication
Treatment and prevention of asthma and other obstructive bronchopneumopathies. Prevention of exercise-induced asthma.
Ingredients
- Salbutamol sulfate 2 mg
Direction
Oral use. Adults: 2 tablets 3 to 4 times daily. Children over 6 years: 1 tablet 3 to 4 times daily. Children 2 to 6 years: 1/2 to 1 tablet 3 to 4 times daily. For prevention of exercise-induced asthma: adults 2 tablets 2 hours before exertion; older children 1 tablet 2 hours before exertion.
Side effects
- May cause tremor
- palpitations
- headache
- muscle cramps. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if side effects persist or worsen.
Precautions
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
- especially if pregnant
- breastfeeding
- taking other medications
- or having cardiovascular disease
- hyperthyroidism
- diabetes. Stop use if adverse reaction occurs.
