Indication
Prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma in adults and adolescents 15 years of age and older. Relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
Ingredients
- Montelukast sodium equivalent to Montelukast 10 mg
Direction
As directed by the physician or see package insert for full prescribing information. Usually one tablet daily in the evening.
Side effects
- May cause headache
- abdominal pain
- mood changes. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if side effects persist or worsen.
Precautions
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
- especially if pregnant
- breastfeeding
- taking other medications
- or having mental health conditions. Stop use if neuropsychiatric reactions occur.
