Indication

Treatment of vaginal and oropharyngeal candidiasis, cutaneous and systemic candidiasis, cryptococcal meningitis, and other susceptible fungal infections.

Ingredients

• Fluconazole

Direction

As directed by the physician. Refer to package insert for full dosage information. Typical adult dose for vaginal candidiasis: a single 150 mg capsule.

Side effects

• Headache
• nausea
• abdominal pain
• diarrhoea or rash may occur.
• Elevated liver enzymes and rare hypersensitivity reactions have been reported.
• Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if severe rash
• irritation
• or any unusual symptom develops.

Precautions

• Do not use if hypersensitive to fluconazole or other azole antifungals.
• Use with caution in patients with hepatic or renal impairment.
• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation
