Indication

Treatment of severe recalcitrant nodular acne (acne vulgaris).

Ingredients

• Isotretinoin 10 mg

Direction

For most patients, the initial dosage is 0.5 to 1 mg/kg/day. For patients with very severe disease, up to 2 mg/kg/day may be required. Carefully read the instructions before use. Use only as directed by a physician.

Side effects
