Indication

Treatment of acute diarrhoea in adults and children above 2 years, in addition to oral rehydration. Symptomatic treatment of chronic functional diarrhoea in adults. Symptomatic treatment of pain associated with functional bowel diseases in adults.

Direction

Powder for oral suspension. Mix one sachet in half a glass of water and drink immediately. As directed by physician.

Side effects

• May cause constipation or
• rarely
• allergic reactions including hives and itching. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any unusual symptoms occur.

Precautions

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if pregnant
• breastfeeding
• or if symptoms persist beyond 7 days. Take other medicines at least 2 hours apart. Stop use if irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
