Indication
For the oral treatment of dehydration by replacing minerals and vitamins lost in conditions such as diarrhea, vomiting, vigorous exercise, travel, hot and dry environments, cold and flu, and alcohol consumption.
Ingredients
- Vitamin C 60 mg
- Vitamin B1 0.15 mg
- Vitamin B2 0.15 mg
- Vitamin B6 0.15 mg
- Glucose 4.70 g
- Sodium 3.14 mEq
- Citrate 1.15 mEq
- Potassium 0.27 mEq
- Calcium 0.16 mEq
Direction
Dissolve the contents of one sachet (25 g) in a glass of water (about 200 ml) and drink. Repeat as needed to replace fluid and electrolyte losses, or use as directed by a healthcare professional.
Side effects
- Generally well tolerated when used as directed.
- Mild stomach upset
- nausea
- or transient sweetness aversion may occur in some individuals.
- Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if any unexpected reaction occurs.
Precautions
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have kidney disease
- heart disease
- diabetes
- or are on a sodium
- restricted diet.
- Consult a doctor before giving to infants and young children.
