Augmentin 875 mg / 125 mg

Indication

Treatment of susceptible bacterial infections including respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin and soft tissue, and dental infections.

Ingredients

• Amoxicillin
• Clavulanic acid

Direction

Twice daily dosing as directed by a physician. Read the package leaflet before use. Use tablets within 14 days of opening.

Side effects

• May include diarrhoea
• nausea
• skin rash or allergic reactions. Stop use and consult a doctor if irritation
• severe rash
• or allergic symptoms appear.

Precautions

• Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Avoid if allergic to penicillins
• cephalosporins
• or other beta
• lactam antibiotics. Stop immediately and seek medical advice if any allergic reaction occurs.
