Indication

Blood glucose test strips for use with the Accu-Answer ZH-G01 Blood Glucose Meter. Intended for people with diabetes at home and for healthcare professionals in the clinical setting to monitor blood glucose levels in fresh capillary whole blood.

Direction

Insert a test strip into the Accu-Answer ZH-G01 meter. Obtain a fresh capillary blood sample and apply it to the test strip as directed in the user manual. Read the result on the meter display. Discard each strip after a single use. Use within 3 months of opening the test strip vial.

• No known direct side effects from the test strips. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if irritation

• do not refrigerate. Do not use if expiration date has passed or if glued seals are broken. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure about your readings or if you experience symptoms of hypoglycaemia or hyperglycaemia. Stop use if irritation or allergic reaction occurs at the lancing site.
