Indication
Treatment of gastro-esophageal reflux disease (GERD), erosive esophagitis, peptic ulcer disease, and conditions caused by excessive stomach acid such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
Ingredients
- Esomeprazole magnesium trihydrate
Direction
Adults: usually one 40 mg gastro-resistant tablet once daily, swallowed whole with water. Take as directed by the physician.
Side effects
- May cause headache
- abdominal pain
- diarrhoea
- constipation
- nausea
- or flatulence.
- Stop use and seek medical advice if rash
- swelling
- dizziness
- or other allergic reactions occur.
Precautions
- Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use
- particularly if you have liver or kidney disease
- are pregnant
- or breastfeeding.
- Tell your doctor about any other medicines you are taking to avoid interactions.
- Stop use and seek medical advice if irritation
- allergic reaction
- or unusual symptoms occur.
